So you can't afford to donate money but you still want to help? Their are tons of things that vet students like myself are in need of, such as:

Used Textbooks (Anatomy, Physiology, Histology, Neurology, Parisitology, Radiology, Pathology, Immunology etc....) A lot of the basic "ologies" are the same between humans and animals so textbooks on human medicine are even helpful.

School Supplies such as pens, pencils, notebooks, highlighters, printer paper etc...
I go through about a pen a day (that's how much ink I use taking notes!) and a one subject notebook a week.
